Q Corner Conventions
In 2020, Pioneer Balloon announced the largest virtual balloon convention in history, in response to the coronavirus outbreak and subsequent lockdowns.
The first convention was live for 5 straight days, 24 hours a day, hosted by Dominic Cassidy and Keith Stirman. Like a traditional in-person convention, the content included opening ceremonies, balloon competitions, classes and more! Ninety instructors from over 22 countries presented classes in balloon artistry as well as business strategies, which drew over 400,000 views in the first week alone. The convention lifted the spirits of balloon artists around the world, while preparing them to come out the other side stronger and ready to fulfill the even larger demand for balloons.
Amidst continuing business interruption in 2021 during the ongoing pandemic, balloon artists demanded a second convention and Pioneer Balloon and the Q Corner Boys came through! In a shorter 3-day format, packed with valuable content.
