Retailers are recommended to have completed the "Fundamentals" and / or “Retail Essentials” course ahead of joining this class.
PREREQUISITES: You should have mastered basic balloon techniques. Applications of theory are addressed, including formulas, elements of design, and costs analysis, so you should be knowledgeable in these areas.
